Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Mellowskin is manufactured and shipped by our supplier in China. We say this
upfront because we would rather you knew before you ordered than after.

Where we ship to
United States only, at this time.

Processing time
1 to 3 business days from when you place your order.

Delivery time
5 to 11 business days after dispatch.

Total time from order to delivery is usually 6 to 14 business days.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order dispatches.
If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email
trymellowskin@gmailcom and we will chase it.

Delays
International shipping occasionally runs longer than the window above,
particularly around holidays and customs backlogs. If your order passes 21
business days from dispatch with no movement on tracking, contact us and we
will either resend it or refund you. Your choice.

Wrong address
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will
resend it once at no cost. Please double check your address at checkout.

Damaged on arrival
Send a photo to trymellowskin@gmailcom within 7 days of delivery and we
will replace it.
