REFUND POLICY

The 60-day guarantee

Use Mellowskin three times a week for 60 days. If your skin looks the same as
it did when you started, email us and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to send the product back. Keep the jar. We are not going to
make you pay international postage on a used jar to prove you are telling the
truth.

How to claim
Email support@trymellowskin.com within 60 days of delivery with your order
number. That is the whole process. You do not need to justify it, photograph
anything, or answer questions.

We may ask whether you would tell us what happened, because it helps us
improve the product and the instructions. You are free to ignore that.

Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your email and returned to
your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further
3 to 10 business days to appear.

What is covered
Every order, at every tier. Single jars, two-packs and three-packs.

Subscriptions
There are none. Mellowskin is sold as a one-time purchase only. Nothing bills
you again, there is no minimum term, and there is nothing to cancel.

Cancelling an order before it ships
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full. If
it has already dispatched, the 60-day guarantee covers you instead.
